A golden heart in a sieve,
the light coming out.
My arms lift gently, gracefully.
The smell of the Earth,
white strands of light in dark,
mycellian life.
One needs the other,
mind and heart.

This essence aids in opening the channel from the heart to the mind. Working with the heart center and the ajna or third eye center, she allows you to use your intellectual faculties to help express the message of the heart. Her glowing yellow light brings awareness to the need for both the dark and the light.
